Polish literature is featured at the International Book Fair in Thessaloniki, held from 7–10 May 2026. The Embassy of the Republic of Poland, in cooperation with the Book Institute, has prepared a booth promoting recent domestic publications.
Today the 22nd Thessaloniki International Book Fair begins. It is one of the most important events in the region, with an offer aimed both at readers and the industry public.
With great sadness we have received the news of the death of Lajos Pálfalvi, a Hungarian literary historian, critic, translator of Polish literature, and the recipient of the Transatlantyk Award 2017.
