Roksana Jędrzejewska-Wróbel has dug up forgotten folk tales with a common leitmotif: the search for happiness.
Here are seven moving stories, and seven extraordinary girls. In each story, the heroine embarks on a metaphorical path, gains some sort of power, and learns the value of taking responsibility for one’s own happiness and overcoming internal limitations.
