As everybody knows, good food improves our humour. The authors of the book titled Delicious Accidents – Łukasz Modelski and Jacek Ambrożewski – have taken that sentiment on board.
In the book, they take readers on a culinary journey through countries and historical eras. From the book we can find out fun facts and the incredible circumstances in which celebrated dishes – like ice cream, pizza or brownies – were invented. Dishes known all over the planet were most often invented by accident, as an experiment, or even as a joke. Recipes for the dishes are included with each of the seventeen fascinating culinary stories, explaining step by step how to prepare them (with the help of parents or carers, of course). Reading Delicious Accidents will make us want to eat the dishes and prepare them ourselves.
