Mo is a contemporary fairy tale about our relationship with nature and the responsibility that comes from being a part of it.
The titular character appears unexpectedly in the magical world created by Marcin Szczygielski. She is a child of nature – created by the mountain, the animals and the elements. Each of them gives her their most valuable trait and a unique power that allows Mo to influence people’s minds.
Meanwhile, humans have taken over the world and are using its resources with no respect for the laws of nature, leading to its gradual degradation. Mo arrives in this strange world with a clearly defined mission: she must find someone who will listen to her song and take action to save the increasingly devastated planet. After a series of failures, she meets Vit and Mouse – siblings who are sensitive to the beauty of the reality that surrounds them, and who care deeply about the fate of the Earth. They become Mo’s allies, igniting a spark of hope that could turn into a flame of true change.
When her task is complete, Mo returns to where she came from. She transforms into a tree, an eternal reminder of the inseparable bond between humans and nature.
