A surprising story full of linguistic humour about the adventures of two words living in a dictionary.

“Allow me to introduce myself. God.”

Man froze for a moment. He looked carefully at the newly learned word and, after a brief reflection, said: “Man. Nice to meet you. I’ve heard a lot about you.”

“Likewise,” replied God in a whisper.

God and Man live in an old, yellowed dictionary and become friends after bumping into each other on an evening stroll among the idioms. Now they’re about to set off on a cycling trip to faraway pages. God and Man. Two words.

Along the way, they meet many extraordinary acquaintances and strangers: Love, Death and Life, Time, Beginning and End, and even a rude word causing a disturbance in the marketplace. Each of these meetings is an adventure, giving readers plenty of opportunities to smile and reflect on the important (and less important) words – and what is hidden behind them.
