Recently, with the support of the Book Institute under the Translators’ Program ©Poland, numerous translations of Polish books have been published abroad. Of particular note is the anthology of Polish short stories titled Animales de razas pequeñas. Antología de narrativa breve polaca, which was released in Spain by La Caja Books, translated by an array of distinguished translators: Marta Słyk, Ernesto Rubio, Teresa Benítez, Xavier Farré, Agata Orzeszek, Abel Murcía, and Katarzyna Mołoniewicz.

The anthology features texts by authors such as Anna Arno, Grzegorz Bogdał, Urszula Honek, Olga Hund, Maria Karpińska, Dorota Kotas, Elżbieta Łapczyńska, Maciej Miłkowski, Weronika Murek, Andrzej Muszyński, Zośka Papużanka, Małgorzata Rejmer, Dominika Słowik, Paweł Sołtys, Natalka Suszczyńska, Katarzyna Szaulińska, and Aleksandra Zielińska.
