Grant results
Recently, a number of translations have been published abroad, supported by the Book Institute as part of the ©Poland Translation Programme. Notably, the translation of the award-winning Nike Literary Prize novel Ten się śmieje, kto ma zęby by Zyta Rudzka, brought closer to German-speaking readers by the esteemed translator Lisa Palmes, deserves special attention. The translation was published by Matthes & Seitz Berlin.
Applications for the first call of this year’s edition of the ©Poland Translation Programme can be submitted until the end of March. This is our most important programme promoting Polish literature worldwide, supporting the publication of Polish books in translations into foreign languages.
