Lipska, Lem, Sienkiewicz – new translations of Polish books

At the end of 2025 and the beginning of 2026, further translations of Polish books appeared abroad, including the Bulgarian edition of Ewa Lipska’s Wariacje Geldbergowskie, Henryk Sienkiewicz’s W pustyni i w puszczy in Mongolian, and Stanisław Lem’s Powrót z Gwiazd in Spanish.

The first call for submissions to the ©POLAND Translation Programme for 2026 is currently open and will close on 31 March.
