About me
I am a literary translator of Polish into English, with a particular interest in children’s literature. In 2018 I participated in the National Centre for Writing’s Emerging Translators’ Mentorship, during which my mentor was Antonia Lloyd-Jones. Having grown up in a Polish-speaking household in the UK, I have an instinctive sensitivity to the language – and a fondness for the kind of books read to me as a child – alongside a native command of English.
