Zorana Perić

Polish Serbian

Translator of Polish literature into Serbian. She completed her MA in Polish studies at the University of Belgrade. She is currently a PhD candidate at the Institute of Polish Language, University of Warsaw, and an assistant at the Faculty of Philology, University of Gdańsk. She has worked as a translator since her student years, translating her first books while still studying. Among others, she has translated works by Andrzej Sapkowski and Stefan Grabiński. In addition to literary translation, she also translates specialized texts. As a researcher, she focuses on linguistics, which remains her main area of interest alongside translation. She lives in Gdańsk. In her free time she walks her dog, cycles, and does strength training.
