Born in France, she studied Polish philology at Charles-de-Gaulle University Lille III, where she defended a doctoral thesis in translation studies and lectured between 2001 and 2005. She currently lives in Haute-Savoie, where for 20 years she has worked as a translator of literature from Polish into French. She collaborates with various publishers, mainly in the field of children’s and young adult literature. She also regularly runs translation workshops for diverse audiences. She completed voice-over/lecturer training (audiobook, dubbing, etc.) and at the same time works as a proofreader. She is a member of the research team “Translation as a Means of Intercultural Communication” and of the committee of the “Swiss Association of Friends of Dr. Janusz Korczak.”
