She lives in Stockholm, where she works at Stockholm University as a Polish teacher.  She is writing a doctoral thesis about the translation of works by Czesław Miłosz and Olga Tokarczuk into Swedish and Pär Lagerkvist and Selma Lagerlöf into Polish. She has been translating Polish literature since 2001.
