Charlotte Pothuizen

She studied Polish literature and musicology in Amsterdam and Warsaw. She translates the work of Zyta Rudzka, Małgorzata Lebda, Urszula Honek, Mikołaj Łoziński, Marcin Wicha, Maciej Miłkowski, Szczepan Twardoch, Włodzimierz Odojewski, Tadeusz Borowski, and co-translates with Dirk Zijlstra books of Nobel-prize winner Olga Tokarczuk.

In 2022 she was awarded the Aleida Schot prize for her translations of contemporary Polish literature.
