(b. 1989) – a prose writer and playwright.

She debuted in 2015 with a short-story collection, ‘Uprawa roślin południowych metodą Miczurina’ (Growing Southern Plants with the Miczurin Method). This book was nominated for a Polityka Passport in the literature category, and in 2016, for the Nike Literary Award, Gdynia Literary Award, Conrad Award, and the Witold Gombrowicz Literary Award (the last of which she received). As a playwright, Murek made her debut with Feinweinblein, for which she took the Gdynia Dramaturgical Award (2015). In 2023, her collection ‘Dziewczynki: kilka esejów o stawaniu się’ (Girls: A Few Essays on Becoming) was nominated for the Gdynia Literary Award.
