Krzysztof Szeremeta
(b. 1990) – poet, editor, literary critic, cultural organiser.
He has published the poetry collections “Nowy dokument tekstowy” (New Text Document, 2011) and “Czarne poszetki” (Black Pocket Squares, 2019), as well as the chapbook “Długi dystans” (Long Distance, 2009) included in the anthology “Połów. Poetyckie debiuty 2010” (The Haul. Poetry Debuts 2010) edited by Roman Honet. The poet, born in Prudnik, has been engaged in a number of local initiatives: he belonged to the poetry collective “Trzy Razy Zet”, worked with the local theatre Teatr Bez Garderoby, and as a member of the Prudnik Fantasy Club “Amulong” he was the originator of a convention for fantasy fans. In the years 2013 to 2017 he edited the literature section of the journal “Pressje”. From 2019 to 2024 he was on the editorial team of “Nowy Napis”. His works have been translated into English.
